Can I cancel my job post and receive a refund?

Yes.  Any request to cancel a job submitted within 1 hour of posting will be cancelled and issued a full refund.  To cancel a job, simply email us at support@aidecast.com and add Cancel Job in the subject line.  Cancellation requests submitted after an hour will not qualify for a refund.  Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to process.
